About Mama Bear Wellness

Mama Bear Wellness is here for expecting moms to be, and moms with babies and/or littles on the move who are looking for stroller fit, yoga and barre.
Each class is lead by Andrea France, award winning 200HR YTT, Pre-Post Natal Specialist, Kinesiology & Naturopathic Medicine Degree holder. She is also a mother of four, and has over 20 years of experience as a group fitness instructor.
